Creative mealtimes

For a while now I've been struggling with getting both boys to eat healthful, balanced meals. If that means zucchini pancakes, fruit smoothies and bribing with less healthy desserts, so be it.

In particular, I've been on a smoothie kick with Rockam ever since he spotted my ultra healthy smoothie at my friend Jenny's house. It had strawberries, raspberries, pineapple and-- here's where it gets weird--- wheat grass, spiruluna algae, spinach and flaxseed. The color of this frozen concoction was a Vegemite brown. Rockam drank probably six ounces of the stuff! So I've been making random smoothies for him each day. He seems to get excited when he hears the blender now.
