Stephen's play part

Stephen is "Bird 2" in his kindergarten spring play. He was keen on me making him a bird mask. So I did.

Clarksville with kids

We ventured out to the mall in Clarksville, where Ollie enjoyed playing with his big brother's Old Navy balloon.

But didn't enjoy the dressing room.

After shopping, we met the Couchman clan at Noodles & Company... where the adults ate noodles while the kids played with iPhones and lived off nutrients absorbed from the air.

I'm not sure how people ate out with kids before smartphones.

Valentine's Day crafting

Stephen worked hard to make personalized valentines for all his classmates.

Happy 3, Rockam

Son 2 woke bright and early at 5 am. When I told him happy birthday, he said: "no. I hungry."

He didn't perk up until after his oatmeal. Then joe and I introduced him to his new pet.

Rockam named it "mommy fish."

Outside, everything is coated crystal cold... And just like the week Rocky was born, we've had a week of snow days.
